FEE POLICY

The Dublin Judicial ADR Program pays for the first two hours of each mediation. After two hours, you may need to negotiate with the Mediator for an hourly fee. This policy is discretionary by the Mediator. If you enter into an agreement to proceed and agree upon a fee, the parties are responsible for paying the Mediator. The Mediator will inform you of his/her fee schedule at the beginning of the mediation session.
